I don't have alot of time between working from 6-3 monday thru friday and taking and playing and wanting to spend more time with them than anything else. How do you find time to work out. Kids go to bed at 7. Husband usually will be home in evenings. Don't have money right now for a gym. Any ideas are great?

Zuska Light workouts at home, with no equipment, available for free on youtube. Most are 12 mins and none are longer than 24 mins.

Beachbody has a program that's literally only 10 minutes long ... it's called TEN MINUTE TRAINER with Tony Horton. If you need more info on it, let me know.0
