    I get most of mine from tuna, chicken, eggs and a hefty amount of protein powder (mixed with milk post-workout, or blended with raspberries and ice for a 125 calorie, 13.5g protein smoothie as a snack).

    Since I started making a lot of smoothies I'm going to try throwing a bit of tofu in them too, I rely too much on whey powder I think.

    Oooo...I always struggle to get enough protein. I'm coming back to this post later when I can read more. I am in need of ideas too.

    If you want less fat in you meal and you dont mind a vegetarian option, I would go for like Morning Star products
