I get most of mine from tuna, chicken, eggs and a hefty amount of protein powder (mixed with milk post-workout, or blended with raspberries and ice for a 125 calorie, 13.5g protein smoothie as a snack).
Since I started making a lot of smoothies I'm going to try throwing a bit of tofu in them too, I rely too much on whey powder I think.0 -
