Confused

MFP says I should be eating 1300 calories a day/work out 6x a week for a min of 30. My workouts are 6 days a week and I usually burn 200-800 depending on time. I am having a hard time eating 1300 calories and I can't imagine eating back my burned calories! What should I do? I am losing, but not the 2lbs a week, maybe 1 if I'm lucky:( Any advice would be helpful:)
