Flat stomach

Need advise on what to eat and what exercise to do to get a flat stomach also what foods to avoid it feels like no matter what I do it has not worked well yet

Eat less calories than you expend (caloric deficit) and do a mix of cardio and weight training. You can't spot reduce fat, it's going to come off however it comes off and no particular exercise or diet will "target" your stomach. Unfortunately, it's often the last place that fat stubbornly clings to.0
