Greetings all. Since I have came to the conclusion that there is no amount of wishing or magic pills that will miraculously remove my extra pounds, I have came to MFP to give me the kick that I need. Any tips, tricks or guidance will be welcomed as this is something that I need to accomplish for my future. Anyone looking to give a little inspiration and hopefully get some back let me know. :happy:

You need to find what works for you. Everybody has different reactions to different diet theories. But i heard one that i like the best, it's all about calories in and calories out (burned) and that is all.
But some say its all about low carb, some will say it's about burning cals thru exercise - you will read so many theories but i like the one i stated above. Eat a lot of raw veggies and get your protein, and have sensible balanced meals. That my tip of the day.0
