First 5 lbs lost

I haven't been tracking my calories that strictly, but I do make an effort every day. I have cut dairy out since early May and now gluten since mid June (for digestive reasons, not just fad). I've really started seeing the lbs drop this week, even though I still eat brown rice and potatoes.

Now that I've seen results, I'm definitely here to stay and I'll be tracking more carefully. Let the good times keep on rolling (back the scale). It's feels good to know I'm already 10% of the way to my goal weight.

    Hey there! I just started tracking my calories and exercising more about 10 days ago. I also saw a 5lb drop in my first week, and it definitely gave me a confidence boost.
