Jamie Eason plan...start second phase straight away?

Hi,

I want to change my workout routine as i have been on my one for last 6 weeks, lifting heavy and doing body part splits. So, i'm not a beginner. I was looking at maybe starting the Jamie Eason plan that's on Bodybuilding.com. However, just wondering if is should go straight in at phase 2 as i'm not a beginner?

Thoughts?
