Ok so here it is. About 3 years ago, I lost 40 pounds going weight watchers and since then have gained about 10 back. I decided to try MFP to help lose those 10 pounds again. For the last 4 weeks I have been faithfully doing TurboFire as well as running daily. I thought I was eating within my calorie range but now I am seeing the weight on the scale increasing!!! HELP!

don't worry and stick to it because- if you are in a deficit of calories your weight will WHOOSH meaning drop a lot over one night. you are losing the fat but them cells are filling up with water. sometimes a high carb cheat day with minimal intake of water can bring on the whoosh effect. Lyle McDonald doesnt know the full science behind why and how but he knows it will happen. Just wait and do some goggling on Whoosh and stick the word bodybuilding behind that Google search because them guys are so informative plus know whats up.0
