    Avoid unless wasted drunk.

Both of those items are probably saturated in cheap oils and made using only the lowest quality raw materials available. In addition they're probably cooked in the most unsanitary of conditions and warmed in an old microwave next to the insect repellant and rat traps.

You think that's really chicken huh? ;]

I always have trouble judging chinese food calories. You're correct in saying that depending on what you read the nutritional information varies! When I do get chinese food I tend to lean toward the higher calories to be on the safe side.

Of course the last time I ordered chinese I got the steamed veggies and shrimp. I got about 2 meals out of it. My cheat was cream cheese wontons. :P

    Enjoy your chinese tonight!
  • Thanks for the help guys :)

I like the avoid unless drunk comment, although I did ignore it and had chinese anyway, it's just too good! :D So I think I counted the rice as 625, and the prawn toasts as 70 each :/ These seem to be the highest estimates I've found while surfing around :)

Ohmygosh, cream cheese wantons sound so good! It was tres nommy thanks, it's good to hear that other people eat bad food and still do well with the weight loss, makes me happy! :D
