I signed up a while ago to check it out, but just decided that it was time for me to really try. I have been very upset about my weight gain, but the more upset I got, the more I ate. I wasn't really doing anything to help me. I think my main problems are excues and time management (and love for chocolate). I have a 2 year old daughter and I haven't been getting my picture taken with her because of how I look. I want her to be proud of me and have pictures of her mom. I really want to make a new start for myself. NO EXCUSES! I've read a few of the boards and find this to be a very positive group. If anyone has any great quick recipes or ideas on how to exercise when you have a two year old I'm all ears!
