Did you stay within your nutritional goals?
Yes

Did I reach yesterday's personal goal?
Yes

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Stayed within my calories even though I didn't exercise

What would I have done differently? Nothing

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and drink plenty of water. I am still recovering from walking 26.2 miles on Sunday so I will not be exercising today :sad:

    What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? Didn't completely lose it with the situation that has me all stressed

    What would I have done differently? Would have eaten less and took the time to go for a walk or something

    What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and drink plenty of water and get at least 30 minutes of exercise.

    What would I have done differently? skipped the potato at dinner, taken a walk

    What is today's personal goals? get at least 30 minutes of exercise.

    Stayed within my calories and pushed myself a little harder when I worked out.

    Stay within my calories and push harder again tonight when I work out.

    Hadn't made one on here because I'm new to the blogs, but my own goal- yes!

    Walked, abdominal exercises AND my slim in 6 routine. Plus better choices when I ate out.

    Nothing

    What is today's personal goals?
    Drink all my water and complete my workout.

    Probably not. But I not sure, didn't write down what I ate Yesterday! :tongue: I know I'm bad!

    Hmmm... Can't think of anything, really, besides working hard at my job.Which I should do anyway!

    Exercised, not eaten chips, or cookies.!:ohwell:

    Drink lots of water, eat at least 5 fruits and veggies. Walk at least at least half an hour.
