I turn on pandora and run to either the Nickelback station, Guns N Roses station or "Today's Hits" station.

I basically listen to any music, depending on the mood, here are some examples from the most recent run:

    Springsteen- Eric Church
    Heaven- O.A.R.
Damned if I do Ya (Damned if I don't)- All Time Low
    Keep Your Eyes Open- Needtobreathe
    Payphone- Maroon 5
    Gotta be Wrong Sometimes- O.A.R.
    Part of Me- Katy Perry
    Want U Back- Cher Lloyd
    Do You Remember- Jay Sean
    My Happy Ending- Avril Lavgine
... and then a lot of Taylor Swift

It's something usually that's upbeat, and that I know the lyrics to.

Definitely not a huge fan of mainstream music (radio music, that is..) BUT... When I work out, it's all I listen to. I tone out the words and tune in to the beat, THAT keeps my heart rate going and keeps me working at a steady pace.

    Radio.. that's all I got.

Might want to check out http://jog.fm ... It'll ID music by BPM/pace and, if you happen to use Spotify, you can use jog.fm to create playlists & then import them into Spotify.
