Is there a way to input a food if they don't have it listed? Like today for lunch I had wheat pita bread.. not white. but they didn't have that listed so I just put white instead- but its more cals.

In the database there are several wheat pitas listed.0

Just put "pita" and many come up. After that I clicked on generic, pita whole wheat and it comes up as 170 calories. There are many listed so look at your label product name. This database has a lot more in it than WW etools. I like this better.0
