New here, not new to losing weight

Hi guys!
Though there seems to be a lot of ladies here and not many men, I will stick my nose in here to stay away from other "bro" websites that think we should all weigh 300 lbs of pure muscle and zero body fat.
A little bit about me:
- I am 21 years old and currently live in the state of Washington.
-I am in college, but on summer break (kind of)
-At my fattest point (at age 11) I was 5' 4" and weighed 215 lbs.
This is not the first time in my life I have consciously tried to lose 20-25lbs obviously.
As a freshman in college, the slimmest point of my young adult life, I dropped 25 lbs in 8 weeks, and gained a total of 10lbs of muscle mass over 3 months. However, I have dropped 20-25lbs at least in 3 different segments in my life, so none of this is a challenge that I can't face.
I weigh around 215 today, and much of that is due to a 3500 calorie diet which is easily comprised of 3-5 beers a few times a week (thanks, college).
So what has happened is that my small stomach now holds 3-4x the amount of food/calories it needs to.
This calculator only lets you choose 2 lbs a week, but in reality, Im going to lose three and I can do it without starving myself. I will eat at 1900 calories a day and 70 grams of protein ( I will be weightlifting 6/7 days a week).
Right now its to the point where I don't want to wake up because I can't stand looking at myself, I am not really as big as 215 sounds (lots of left over muscle mass) but I could stand to lose 20-25 and be a nice medium size (I do NOT want to be skinny).
What I do in the gym is insane, around 30 minutes of weightlifting and up to 3 hours of cardio. I can tell you that with work, I will only be able to get to two hours a day within a couple of weeks.
Anyone want to chit chat? I would love to have more people hold me responsible to this, sometimes its hard unless there are external factors that are "counting on you" so to say.

Hey Seahawks,
I am 27 (gosh I said that out loud), I live in TX. I am married to an oilfield diesel mechanic and I have an 8 yr old. I has always been a hard discussion with my husband about my weight. I have always been heavy since i was 11 yrs old.. Lets just say I have never seen the 100s. I got to 260 with my daughter and never lost the weight. I am 5'7" and back in April I got to a whopping 271 lbs, couldn't breathe, hated putting on my clothes to go out.. hated going out even to see my friends with my husband.
Anyways, we got my daughter a puppy back in April. Guess who takes care of it- THAT'S RIGHT MOMMA!! I found a park near by that i would take the puppy too. So I started walking the track with her everyday. then I found some ladies and became friends with them. We would meet up and walk together. I found this sight and started using it.. As of today I have lost 25 lbs and pushing to loose 10 lbs a month until i get to a healthy weight. This is a major thing for me. I haven't EVER been able to loose the weight cause of my body not wanting to let anything go. i would loose 5-10 lbs here and there then gain it back. But I am pushing to loose much more than that.. A BETTER WAY OF EATING AND LIVING MY LIFE FOR MY FAMILY.0 -
Feel free to add me.0

Hi!
You know I have a body type that likes to build..which is a good thing and a bad thing. Every single thing that I eat sticks to me and over the past year those things that Ive ate weren't good for me and it shows.
When I was 11 years old, I grew up in a rough neighborhood so school and home were both nightmares for me and I always got teased about my weight.
How I got started is me (along with a couple of my larger friends) find this rocky bike trail and began riding on it every day at 5am during the same and didn't stop until noon or one.
Funny thing is: the first day we couldn't ride more than probably 2 miles without stopping for 30 minutes, by the end of that summer (and 40 lbs later) we could ride the whole thing (20+miles) 3 times in a day and thats what we did the last day of school.0 -
I remember being teased badly in school because my last name was Shook (Shook shook the world).. Yeah it was Horrible.. Guys told me I was TOOO fat for them.. But anyways, it even continued after I got out of school and into life..
My mom, on my 12th birthday told me I needed to go see a shrink for my eating habits. I was so fat I needed to talk to my shrink about why I ate and blah blah blah.. Then my pediatrician wanted to send me to a fat camp.. (as you can see I am still very bitter about it). It also didn't help my parents fixed food that wasn't good for me either (was raised in the country in TN)..
Like I wrote earlier, I started working out because we got a puppy, then met people at the track.. I also started going almost every day doing approx 4-5 miles everyday.. until one of the girls I became friends with wanted to go hiking at the parks.. She and I started walking the different trails and we would pack a lunch to go with us and my pack was approx 10-20 lbs.. lol... We learned about BLISTERS and not being able to walk.. the first day we only did 2 miles cause we didn't know the place that well. the next time we found the trail we hiked 8 miles only stopping to let her dog swim and we eat lunch.. Now she has moved after we went every week for 1.5 months together..
It has gotten hot as Hades here in TX. I have joined the local rec center for their machines.. I was starting to jog at the park then it got too hot and I couldn't breath when i got so far into it. When I started I couldn't even jog .10 of a mile without dying, I finally got to .74 of a mile just last week..
I started back working out at the park's track back in April and then in May I took a week off because of my husband's uncle being here for a WHOLE WEEK AND ME GOING NUTS. Then on one of my days of hiking we went swimming on floats for 2 hrs and WELLLLL..... I got severally burnt I couldn't go out in the sun because I was in pain. Then my daughter got out of school, she left for the summer with her grandparents back home, then IT RAINED FOR A SOLID WEEK... SOOOOO that was 3 weeks off of working out,but i was trying to keep my diet on track..
So, It is nice to know somebody also knows what I have been through as well and is finally by accident started getting fit.. Keep up your work Seahawks.. I know how you feel when you achieve going further than you did in the beginning. It makes you feel great!!
So what are your goals after you loose the weight besides having to go shopping (something a man really hates)..0
