High Protein diet

I've recently changed my macros to get 40% carbs, 30% protein and 30% fat daily. I'm finding that I'm struggling to keep the carbs down and get the protein up. I eat a lot of veg and very little pasta/rice/bread etc (I know my diary is locked but I'm after more specific advice)

What I was wanting to know is if any of you can recommend a good cook book for recipes high in protein, that are nice to eat and don't have ingredients list as long as your arm. I will eat anything, suppose that was part of my original problem :laugh: :drinker:
