Yummy Protein Shakes

I've been trying to add a little flavor to my protein shakes without adding a snickers bar or pound of sugar. I've noticed I don't get a lot of iron so this helped.

Here's my recipe:

2 spoonfuls of EAS Lean 15 Chocolate Fudge Protein (100 calories 2g sugar 5g of fiber 15g protein)
3/4 Cups of Great Grains Raisin, Date and Walnut cereal (200 calories 13g sugar 50% of your Iron intake)
Folgers Dark Roast Single Packet (2 calories)
Ice
Water

I'm full for another a hour and a half to two hours. I've eaten a little less than half of my sugar intake but this will allow me to focus on vegetables and proteins for the remainder of the day. Enjoy!

    Just get a better tasting protein lol try anything by Optimum Nutrition. I have used them for a few years now because they use just whey protein in their products and each serving is only 120 calories with less than 1 gram of sugar, 24g of protein and 3g of carbs. Trust me, once you try ON youll want nothing else :)
