Hi Im Cullen and Im new to MFP and also to getting in shape. My work outs are allowing me to loose around 1100 calories a day but some days I consume less calories then that. I was wondering how this wold effect me, is it ok to loose more calories than gained. Plus its saying that my goal is to consume 1300 calories a day is it ok to be under that?
Thank you for your help.

If the site set you up with a daily calorie goal of 1300 you want to at least NET that amount. So you burn 500 calories in exercise you will want to eat a total of 1800 for the day.
Netting negative calories can negative affect your body, slow your metabolism and cause you to burn out and lose energy.0
