Hi! I'm brand new. Trying to lose around 30lbs (to start off) and just started this a few weeks ago. Then I immediately quit after a week. Consistency is something I need to work on- hmm?
I'm back and I'm going to do better now. I know keeping track of food reduces weight gain. I've never been able to lose, though. I'll take what I can. I'd love to stop gaining so I can start losing!
I've also noticed that I tend to eat what calories my excercise burned. I think I'll avoid entering the exercises in the future so I don't overeat. Or should I be setting my daily calories needed lower?
Well, I'm happy to meet you all and looking forward to lose some weight with you!

Hello Nice to meet you! I've been on the site for a week and it hasn't gone well, but we can motivate each other. Setting your calorie count lower is a good idea and you should definitely enter in your exercises at the end of the day.0
