Hi! I'm brand new. Trying to lose around 30lbs (to start off) and just started this a few weeks ago. Then I immediately quit after a week. Consistency is something I need to work on- hmm?

I'm back and I'm going to do better now. I know keeping track of food reduces weight gain. I've never been able to lose, though. I'll take what I can. I'd love to stop gaining so I can start losing!

I've also noticed that I tend to eat what calories my excercise burned. I think I'll avoid entering the exercises in the future so I don't overeat. Or should I be setting my daily calories needed lower?

Well, I'm happy to meet you all and looking forward to lose some weight with you!

Hello :) Nice to meet you! I've been on the site for a week and it hasn't gone well, but we can motivate each other. Setting your calorie count lower is a good idea and you should definitely enter in your exercises at the end of the day.
