pita bread sandwich(ish)

I've been making this the last few days and it's SO good and SO healthy!!! people at work have been jealous (ha ha) !!
You will need:
Sara Lee Mr. Pita Pita bread - 1 whole slice (90 calories)
2 TBSP of Tribe Hummus - Sweet Red Pepper (45 calories)
1 cup of spinach (or more! the more there is, the more filling it is!) (7 calories)
1 oz of Deli sliced chicken (or turkey or ham would work too!) (78 calories)
take pita, don't open it!! just smear the 2 TBSP of hummus on one side of the bread, layer as much spinach to your heart's desire (SO good for you!), put the deli meat on top and fold it in half. ENJOY! :flowerforyou:
I make these in the morning before work, stuff it in a sandwich bag and when I get to work, I put it in the fridge. by lunch time, it's perfectly cold and yummy! The deli meats bring out a certain saltiness that's just good and the hummus adds flavor
