My Basil Pizza

Had to share my basil pizza I just made. It was wonderful
Ingredients
1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
6 ounces water
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
salt to taste
ground black pepper to taste
1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
1/2 tablespoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
Directions
Mix together the tomato paste, water, and olive oil. Mix well. Add garlic, salt and pepper to taste, oregano, basil, and rosemary. Mix well and let stand several hours to let flavors blend.
Spread sauce on a
Tumaro's Gourmet Tortillas - 95% Fat Free Low In Carbs Multi Grain
Layer Sliced fresh plum or beef steak tomatoes on top of sauce
Sprinkle 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
spread fresh basil leaves on top
Sprinkle another 1/4 cup part skim mozzarella cheese
Crack pepper on top
Sprinkle minced garlic
Bake at 500 degrees for 10 minutes.
Per Serving: 340 calories 31 carbs 16 fat 23 protein 13 fiber
