Whats Your Blast from the Past?

I was looking to vary my exercise routine...
Cranked up the laptop, attached it to the TV, and searched You Tube...
Stuck on the HRM and away I go.... 33 minutes,150 cal burn on an old Tae Bo workout...
Searched the house and unearthed an old Suzy Aiken aerobics DVD (NZ fitness instructor) .... 140 cal on 2x cardio/muscle toning workouts.

What fitness exercise regimes do you have from the 'past' that are a great burn?
What others from the past or accessible on YouTube can anyone recommend?
