I am lucky in that my husband wants to lose weight and so does my married daughter. We are all three following different diets that we feel comfortable with and doing our own cooking. They are both working very hard on it and it keeps me motivated. I can remember many times, dieting when I was the only one in the family doing it and it was really difficult. We have each lost about 30 lbs so far. I have the most to lose but I think they will keep me motivated. .

Having people around you to keep you accountable is key to your success. Even better is that it's your own family! I don't have my family doing the same as me and sometimes when I'm trying to eat healthy and they are pigging out on chineese or something it makes it very hard for me. Keep up the good work!0

It is SO helpful when you are surrounded by loved ones with the same goals as you. You can do this! Good luck!0
