Why do I?

Still feel guilty eating large amounts of food even if I know I can have it from my burnt off calories? I just don't understand it, I could've resisted it but I know I could eat it so I just did. Does anyone else do this?

I will definitely gorge on food after a hard workout. That's why I worked so hard in the first place; so I could eat ice cream!!0

I know I can go eat it, I've earned it. Just feel guilty after it!0

I feel guilty. But it goes away for a little bit when I see the scale still goes down lol0

Nope, not at all. As long as I leave some green (calories left over), I figure I'm doing better than the standard MFP and I set for myself. I'm in this for the long haul, and that lifestyle includes indulging when appropriate, or I'd give up now.0

No....I'm normally starving at some point in the day when I build up a good workout. Body needs fuel. I will have the occasional bite of ice cream or some cookies or a candy bar, but I generally try to keep the calories to relatively healthy foods. That way I don't feel guilty about it, and probably don't eat all my exercise calories back that way too. There is only so much room in my stomach for salad!0
