Friends & Support?

Hey guys! I've had an account on here but never really used it. I mostly log my stuff on tumblr or by hand. But I've hit a pretty hard plateau as of late and it's time to get strict... to use something to plow through this slump.
My highest weight was in 2008 @ 285 lbs. The lowest # I reached was 203 lbs and since then have struggled around there. Now I'm up to 218.5 lbs as of this morning and I'm just sick on being right above that 200 lb mark. I work in the law enforcement field and I really need to get these pounds off so I can beast some of our tests. I also teach martial arts so losing the weight has the potential to make me much more competitive at competitions.
I'm female, 5'4", 23 y/o. I train Tae Kwon-Do and Krav Maga, Crossfit, and Run. I adhere to a mostly Paleo diet. No processed foods, little to no dairy, no grains. Veggies, fruits, meats, nuts, seeds.
So if you want someone to support you / can offer support and want to be friends let's do it! Time to make this happen!
