Low fat homemade ice cream
This makes a single serving 185 cals, 6g Fat, 17g Protein, 16g Carbs
1/3 Cup Vanilla Soymilk
1/4 Cottage cheese - Lowfat, 1%
1 tsp low fat cream cheese
1/2 Cup Frozen fruit or berries (bananas and stawberries mixed)
1 tsp Honey
1/4 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder
Put all ingredients in a food processor and blend until mixed (should look like soft serve ice cream) If too thick add more liquid, if not thick enough add more frozen fruit or an ice cube or drink as a milk shake. Enjoy
