Ideas!?!?!??Help

It says I need to eat 1200 cal a day to get to the weight I wanna be by Januray which is 130-125 Currently I am 174...but I need ideas on what kind of food combos to eat.. I am semi picky but slowly coming off it..Help...offer suggestions onw hat you eat that helps fill you and helps you lose!

hey i would try by going off a healthy shopping list like this

and try to get your macros for the day around 40% carbs 35% protein and 35% fat...
also if 1200 is hard for you then exercise!! try to burn 400 cals per day then you can eat 1600 haha0 -
chances are it's wrong. it sets everyone at 1200...... which as I'm sure you'll see on numerous posts on here -- that's too little. If you're leaving it at 1200 then you need to eat back your exercise calories, and never eat below 1200. 1200 is the minimum females should eat. period. that's just for normal body functions. I plateaued several times over the past year and a half, and I UPPED my calories. I am still losing (1.4lbs this week) - I am currently eating around 2000 calories a day.0

i do agree with this. i aim to NET my BMR. which i think is a good place for everyone to start. so for me my BMR is 1430 and if i workout and burn 400 cals i eat 18300 -

Well for starters what things do you like? My best advice would be to fill up on vegetables. Large volume, high fiber, but low calorie.
Also, check your BMR and TDEE like others have suggested to find the calorie amount that is right for you! Don't feel pressured to lose that weight by a specific date.0 -
TDEE? I want it by then because I'll be the big 30...or close to it. I dont mind beans..broccoli...wheat noodles...cooked tyomatoes...cucumbers..corn...and so forth... meat wise... I'll eat any of it...trying to get into eating oatmeal for breakfest with fruit.. I like strawberries..peaches....blueberries...bananas....just rambling what I can think of atm0
