you get the most nutritional value from beer when you funnel it.0

Actually beer is a great energy source when you are running, biking, etc. Just be careful that it isn't too hot when you drink right before a race. It can and will cause lactic acid build up and you will be one hurtin' puppy. When my husband was is HS him and his buddies used drink the night before their meets and they always got PRs.0
