Tomorrow I am going out to dinner with my boyfriend at a small sandwich shop, I was going to try and plan ahead since I know that the sandwiches there are probably TONS of calories, but I can't seem to find the nutrition information anywhere. I would normally just guess but they make EVERYTHING homemade so I don't even know where to start. Any tips? What would you do?

Break it down as best you can, the bread, the meat, the cheese, the condiments, the sides..... that's what I would do.0

I would just take each individual ingredient on your sandwich and log each ingredient separately. I do that with everything I make at home because it tends to be much more accurate.0
