    yep, been adding at least 5 lbs every time I lift... bench started pretty low, can't wait until I can hit 220!!

    Congratulations. That's a really nice amount of weight to bench. Honestly if can just bench your weight then you're doing good. Over that and you're just showing off right. :smile:

    Awesome!!!!! I reached my all time best at 160lbs.. Which is I think is great considering I'm a woman who is barely 5'0.... :)

    I still remember the high I got the first time I could squat 3 plates (315lbs), I weighed about 150-160 at the time.
