Biggest guilty pleasure food??

I love the Indian restaurant lunch buffet! Especially with Naan bread. I take my lab students once a semester. They're already talking about wanting to go. It's such an unknown number of calories, but I know there's a lot of fat, and I eat far too much. Our next excursion will be in August. I can't begin to imagine how long I'll need to spend on the treadmill that week to compensate, but hopefully by then, I'll have more muscle and more endurance to work it off right away.0

ice cream and cookies...bacon also. had some peanut butter cups and a coke today, that was pretty awesome too XD0

Sushi is my favorite thing ever and I still eat it. I try to do brown rice instead of white though.0

Popeye's chicken. Really, really, really or Church's chicken. Holy schmoke!. It's my happy food. I usually don't eat the skin 'cause that's major gross but mmm, mmm, mmm!0

Indian/Chinese takeaway. Thankfully my mum is vegetarian and the only other person I ever ordered out with was my ex boyfriend, so I can't really justify ordering anymore. I do miss it though :laugh:0

Pretzel M&M's ARE THE DEVIL! I want to see the person who can just eat one serving! It is physically impossible. On a side note they are only 150 calories for a single serving but it is sooo hard to stop!0

CHOCOLATE! There are some times of the month when I absolutely crave it. Then I can quite happily leave it for the next 3 weeks.0

Before I had to give up things due to allergies, I loved pizza, ice cream and hamburgers. Now I have learned to love hamburgers with a different type of bun, potato chips without a dip, and cookies or frosting.0

Chocolate. Especially Mars bars, really good chewy brownies, chocolate-PB anything, ice cream... oh, how can I narrow down the list? Any half decent chocolate will do. I love you, chocolate.
I also have the occasional bottle (591 ml) of Coke. The full sugar kind. Especially now that summer has finally arrived.0 -
Nutella... oh my God, nutella. On toast. On fruit. On eggs. Inside of crepes. Filling cupcakes. In a spoon. I don't care. Nutella.
Bacon. Fried chicken thighs with skin. Channa masala with naan and pools of ghee. Fresh bread and real butter (in fact, I'm sure my bread baking habits account for twenty pounds minimum).
So yeah. Fat. I crave fat.0 -

Hot cheetos are the BOMB! I lived on hot cheetos and code red mountain dew for like six months in high school (and was thin, go figure).0 -
i would have to say ben and jerrys ice cream or haggen dasz ice cream dulce de leche deelishes and i love taco bell its my favorite ..im learning not to feel so guilty when i eat bad stuff because tommorow is a new day for u to burn it off0

That's tricky. I have 3 pleasure foods I'm not sure which one is my biggest guilt though... The 3 "ch's": Cheese, Chocolate and Chips! (Though if you're American you should read that as fries!)
