and tell me if i'm doing something wrong.. I've been worried that my eating habits are really unhealthy.

Your diet is healthier than most here. You're doing a good job for your calorie goals...for a low calorie diet, you want to make sure you're eating nutritious food, and you're doing just that. How are your energy levels? If you feel sluggish and are getting enough sleep, you may want to increase your calories a tad.0

Agreed, Maybe fill us in on how you feel overall as far as your energy, any bloating or digestive discomfort after eating?
As far as your diet, It doesn't look bad at all, overall.
The only advice I can give is don't focus on items that are "low fat" "Fat free" "healthy choice" "calorie friendly" etc. This is a mistake.
The truth is, the majority of these products are far more unhealthy for you than their full fat counterparts due to excess sodium and chemical additives. Your fat intake is very low overall, and you need not worry yourself with these silly sales gimmicks. As far as weight loss goes, It isn't about fat intake anyways, it is about the calories. Also, fat actually helps the body to absorb the nutrients from vegetables ( ex. salads) on a much higher level than it would on its own. So by using fat free dressing you are actually cheating yourself the healthy benefits of the salad.
At the same time, excess fat is linked to a host of healthy issues and diseases, as well as can cause intense cravings on a calorie restrictive diet if your intake is too high. The typical American eats 40-50% of their calories from fat, you are no where near this ratio.
