When it asks "how long" does it mean minutes or hours?

    Yes it is surprising how many calories swimming uses up. I love that you can enjoy yourself and burn calories.

    I couldn't imagine swimming constantly for hours. i would probably drown. yikes! 45 minutes tops of constant laps and i'm pooped.

    I am not a lap swimmer for sure, but the database does have leisure swimming and treading water. That is what I generally use.
