Post gym/workout food - what is best to have??

Hi Guys and Girls,

Just wondering what everyone eats or drinks after a workout. I've been having a Nutralife Thermo-trim max smoothie made with a banana, skim milk and Easiyo yoghurt...but I'm not losing much weight if anything, and I was wondering what other people have after their workouts...cos I'd hate to do all the good work then ruin it. I'm too hungry not to have anything. And it goes without saying that I have water too.

    I your not losing weight then it's not becaue of your post workout shake, there will be something wrong in your total calorie/macro intake.

    Eat whatever you like post workout, just any source of protein and carbs is fine.
