Second wind

I think I just had my first ever proper second wind experience and I had to share!
I was 3/4 way thorough my workout which is the point where I normally start to struggle and want to stop when, out of nowhere, I had a massive burst of energy and sailed through the last part no problem. Infact I probably could have gone on for longer!
Having never experienced this before I just had to share! I'm hoping this means that maybe I have reached a new level of fitness.

Good for you! Whether you're running or lifting it's often your brain that wants to quit before your body does - you've just reached a new level of mental toughness!0
