Goals and suggestions?

I'm new here.44 year old guy just under 6 feet and close to 340 pounds.My goals are to weigh under 200 pounds for the first time since I was 19 and get really lean.I want to be able to do things like Warrior Dash and Tough Mudder.Debating starting with Ten Minute Trainer and working my way up to Insanity and Insanity Asylum.Any thoughts?
