Just don't lose weight

So I have been on this eating healthy and wanting to lose weight road since january 2012, but I haven't lost anything!!! NOT A SINGLE KG!
The thing is that I don't to a lot of training, so this can't be muscle and I don't move a lot during the day because of the job! The job really sucks but the money is needed. And people said that losing weight eating healthy and not training every day, is good too!
But. in the beginning i ate about 1100-1200 cals, then i upped it, because people said that i was starving myself, then i had 1200-1400, not a single gram dropped.
What should i Do? Now i have the time to go to running, and the max calorie i have burnt now is 300kcal, aiming for 500kcal or more..
So when my BAV is 1350, and lose about 300kcal from jogging, then I need to eat 1600? Or what?
this is so confusing that i haven't lost weight. By the way, i have a very fast digestion, does it change anything? Need to eat more? It's just so sad, because i now people who has the perfect body now, and they started the same way as I
And no, I'm not overreating on fats, carbs and protein, everything is OK.

Is that a recent picture of you? You don't look like you have very much to lose at all. As women it's essential to maintain some level of body fat. Our bodies will be really reluctant to release that (which is a good thing).
If I were you, I'd focus on eating around maintenance, making sure to get at least 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body mass and I'd start doing some heavy weight lifting to improve body composition and appearance. I'd stop focusing on the scale and instead take pictures every month to watch progress (this is the only way I can tell there's a difference).0 -

My lower body- legs are very OK, skinny and super. BUT I have an apple body and all of my fat is in the upper body- my belly!!!!
Yes i know that the scale don't matter, but it really is weird that no kg is dropping..

It may just be that I have never been that small, ever, but I don't see where you really expect the weight to come from. I say focus on health more then the number on the scale, and your body will adjust as it needs to. Focus on eating healthy sustaining foods and working your whole body to get stronger.0

I don't think you need to lose more weight either, you look amazing, but some weight training could make you really pop, you are pretty close to perfect, don't lose more, build it up!0

I would say judging by your picture, that your body is happy where its at. You look amazing, I would incorporate some yoga or pilates into your exercise and tone rather than worry about losing weight. You look beautiful just the way you are! So think about feeling good and healthy and toss the scale.0

hehe thank you guys for the compliments but I do know my body. About 2-3 years ago I was 52-53kg and i was skinny like i wanted. Now I'm skinny too, but there are fat too

2-3 years ago you were a teenager and probably too skinny. Now you are a woman. Women need a little bit of fat. I really think that you'd be unhealthy if you lost any more weight.
And no one has a nice stomach when sitting. I've been pregnant 3 times. Unless you can rest a drink on it while sitting, you don't look like your pregnant.0 -
Okey, but this is why my body is holding onto the weight because it's the perfect weight? So basically, i need to just tone, but for the bodyfat to lower, then the weight will drop, yes/no?
how come people then lose the weight when the body is holding onto the perfect weight? They just starve themself? :S0 -
if you are wanting to change the way your body looks, I would eat at TDEE or slightly below and lift heavy. By the looks of it, you have low body fat as it is, so I wouldn't be expecting much movement on the scale. But if you lift heavy 2-3 times a week, you may be able to see some of the definition you are looking for.
As someone who also does not have much body fat to lose, I had to readjust my expectations about the scale and aim for a measurements goal instead.

You have a beautiful body. I don't see any extra fat--really. When I look at you, all I see is your muscle tone. I'm sure you can see fat the rest of us don't--we all have fat on our bodies. Remember that fat is not a symptom of excess in healthy amounts--fat is a functional part of your body like your skin, muscles, and hair. Because fat is essential to your body composition, humans are not able to lose all of it.0

If you eat at maintenance and lift weights you will very slowly lose fat, and maybe build a tiny bit of muscle (not enough to increase size, but enough to look better and show some definition).0

I'd do some research into weight lifting. If my body looked even close to yours, I'd be looking into lifting heavy, eating lots (of good quality food) and gaining weight - in muscle. That's kind of my plan for once I'm approaching my "goal weight". You could probably gain a significant amount of muscle weight and actually look thinner - remember people are only seeing you, not the number on your scale. I'm sure lots of people have see this already, but go here: http://www.nerdfitness.com/blog/2011/07/21/meet-staci-your-new-powerlifting-super-hero/ and scroll down to where it says "Staci Now" and see how she managed to GAIN 11 pounds but look way, way thinner and healthier. And that girl eats a LOT of food to fuel her body. Don't worry about "bulking up", as that's nearly impossible for most women. Women (barring hormone imbalances) generally build dense muscle, not bulky bulging muscle.
If you're already thin (and you are), you are unlikely to lose much weight on the scale - and if you do you're likely to feel weak and possibly quite unhealthy. I'd focus on health and strength!0 -
I agree with the other people who say you should start weight training. You're just about at that point where it becomes just about impossible to lose any more weight unless you start lifting.
If you start lifting, your core muscles will become stronger and larger, making them show through better.
If you need somewhere to start, Starting Strength is a wonderful program for beginners. Just make sure you add in some arm isolation for 2 sets of 8-12 on the 3rd day of the week.0 -

Also, This. Every girl I know who has lifted doesn't even look bulky but was a lot stronger than she looked. Guys tend to build more muscle compared to strength.0 -

No, i haven't said that i look fat or that i'm fat. I just have some problem with my belly. From the pictures you can't see this, because my body is photogenic
, but in the morning my body is close to my perfect view of a body. But yeahh, i haven't said that i'm fat.. and i don't have a disorder, then every women has :P
But, okay. I won't think about getting the scale down just focusing on the weight-lifting and i will do some running tooAnd ofcourse eat healthy.

Truth. The idea that your stomach is large or even that you have an apple is, if it ever was true, not at all true now.
Sometimes what we see in the mirror and the reality are two different things. What I honestly think for you is a) yes weight training, which will make you strong inside and out, but also b) stop thinking of your health and fitness in terms of a number on the scale. You don't look like you even need to lose a pound, let alone a kg. You will be doing your body a disservice and make it WAY easier to have weight problems when you are older.
Teenage girls grow into women and really aren't the skinny girls we were any longer. You can't judge yourself based on what you weighed a few years ago, in my humble opinion just like when I exercise I can't exercise like the athlete/dancer I used to be, nor as the old lady I will be in 30 years lol
The more you eat well at maintenance and do strength training, the more you may see a redistribution of your weight anyway, but seriously, you do look fine right now. Please don't waste your life wishing to be more or less than you are right now, stay healthy and active and enjoy life. Our society has bred a very insecure culture for women (and perhaps men too, although differently.) It is sad.0 -

If you have a problem with your stomach, Crunches or Abdominal exercises would tone them. After gaining 70 pounds with three children in 6 years, I would kill for your bod. ( Not really, just saying)0

The center of your stomach is supposed to be slightly extended with respect to your obliques.(Side stomach muscles) It's not as if you're going to get a six pack that's recessed within your body. It sticks out and that's what you're seeing. You're actually very fit and improvement is going to get exponentially harder. If you want to improve you're going to need to slowly lower your body fat through a very minimal diet and strength training with some light interval cardio.
This is the extreme end of what you can do if you have the mind set. Take her advice. It takes several months to pull down those last few bits of body fat and lots of dedication.

If your belly is perfect in the morning, that means you have your perfect belly. It's just food and waste and gas and water that are making it have a teeny swell as the day goes on.0 -
If you feel you have belly bloat, you might want to try the following:
drinking enough water
reduce sodium intake (but remember you do still need some- try a low sodium salt which has potassium in)
reduce gassy foods like beans, lentils, broccoli, cauliflower, peas, fizzy drinks, artificial sweeteners
reduce refined carbs
eat slowly and chew your food well
Take a probiotic supplement containing good bacteria for your gut which helps digestion and helps things run smoothly
alcohol and caffeine will bloat you - try herbal tea or green tea
reduce refined carbs and sugary foods, especially wheat based ones
These things will help reduce belly bloating and digestive discomfort.0 -
