    Yeah. My mom allegedly lost two dress sizes on this stuff in a month. However, I had no change in my body whatsoever when I tried it so I don't recommend it. I personally feel my mom's success was more due to introducing more healthy fat into her diet, aka the Safflower oil, than anything else because she says she notices a difference in her hair and nails as well.
