I just printed the schedule from the website and my goal is to start it on Monday. I would like to lose the 18 pounds that I have gained since I stopped smoking in April and this sounds like a great way to do it!

Congrats on stopping smoking!!! I know that it is tough but it is very worth it!!!!!!!! Running was my main motivation for quitting. Now I can run 3 miles straight and my lungs don't force me to the ground like they used too :blushing: WE CAN DO THIS!!!!!

Sooooo....I had a weekend of OVEREATING!!!!!! I decided to get back on board and it's raining outside, so I walked the stairs for about 30 minutes. Hopefully the weather clears up this week so that I can run outside again. I may just do the stairs this week...

 I had a great weekend with my family. I ate a little too much on Sunday but managed to fall back in line on Monday. Got in a 40 minute walk after work and still had a nice evening with my daughter. I have brought my nieghbor on board as walking partner and that really helps to keep me going. I am excited about getting in shape and losing weight in the process. I changed the way I was eating just over a week ago and have already lost 4 pounds. That is so encouraging!!!

That is awesome!!!!! It always helps me to have a work out buddy. I keep trying to recruit my coworkers to run, but it always fails

I tried to be good on my eating yesterday, but I failed miserably with the Edy's slow churned ice cream. I guess it's OK since I have been trying to eat more. (I had been unknowingly starving myself for a while!) I plan to stick to the healthy eating plan and do either the stairs or weather permitting a nice run outside.

Wishing you energy to burn :flowerforyou:

 You are doing great!!! Hang in there, when the weather is gloomy it tends to have negative affects on us. Think sunny thoughts and melt those ice cream cravings away.
