Wether you drink alot of water or a little this guide has helped me be a little more conscious of when I am drinking.

Drinking Water at the correct times maximizes its effectiveness on the body

1. 2 glasses of water after waking up - Helps activate internal organs
2. 1 glass 30 minutes before a meal - Helps digestion
3. 1 glass before taking a bath or shower - Helps Lower Blood Pressure ( I personally have no idea about the last two)
4. 1 glass before going to bed - Avoids stroke or Heart Attack

I use this more as a reminder to drink my water and if it helps with those things perfect.
