I've heard miraculous reviews about this DVD!

I want to go out and buy it tomorrow rather than wait for it to get delivered - does anyone know where I can get it for cheap in an English shop e.g. Tesco, HMV...

I have heard that the workouts are on youtube.

Level one will get you going while you wait for your dvd: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1Pc-NizMgg8

    Level two: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QKdJ9jJv594

    Level Three: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QMN4g3D4ODE

I put the other levels too in case you decide not to buy and just use youtube. You do each level for 10 days. I took Sundays off, some people do it all the way through, some people do it 5 days a week.
