sugar and fat consumption?

MFP suggests to me that I should have 46 Fat and 28 Sugar. I aim for about 100 on Protein.

I am halfway through my month-long program with great results so far but I am wondering how I can improve on my diet to improve my results. The program is really great (30 Day Shred) But I'm just wondering what I can do to further improve my results. Are the MFP Fat & Sugar suggestions good to stay within? Should I adjust those ones?
