What are your favorite go-to meals?

Mine are:

Iceberg salad with mushrooms and red peppers and calorie-wise Catalina dressing. Salted cucumber on the side.

Visalus Shake: made with 1.5C of Almond milk, 1 tsp Matcha powder, 1/2 banana, and 2 scoops Visalus.

Amy's Butternut Squash soup, yummy!

Janes breaded chicken burger on a piece of European bread with ketchup and 1 slice of Kraft processed cheese

I want to know yours so I can find more delicious healthy QUICK go-to choices.

Thanks!!!!

I eat salads quite often, however I use Romane, because from what I've heard, Iceberg has almost no nutritional benefits. Just a suggestion though, I also find the taste of Romane to be better too :)

I also love to cook chicken with terryaki (sp?), onions, green peppers, served on brown rice. So tasty to me!

Boca Mushroom mozzarella veggie burgers!! This flavor is a little hard to find, but it is my fave!!!

Also, I am not Vegetarian (not that there is anything wrong with that...) But I am a big time meat lover and will honestly tell you these taste GREAT!!! I was hesitant to try the vegi burgers thinking they would not taste good to me....

A wrap: burrito sized tortilla, whatever meat I have on hand (lunchmeat, leftover chicken breast, etc), shredded cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, a bit of lite dressing (usually Ken's lite sweet vidalia onion) rolled up. If I'm making it in advance, I'll put it on a sheet of aluminum foil and wrap that up like a burrito too so it all stays together for lunch. Add some veggie sticks and maybe a yogurt and that's my usual lunch.

Salad: I buy the 3 packs of romaine lettuce and use 1 whole head per salad. I've been getting lots of veggies from the garden, so I'll chop up the lettuce, then add 1 whole tomato chopped, 1 whole cucumber chopped, maybe some carrots or broccoli, then add grilled or roasted chicken and dressing.

Spaghetti made with whole wheat pasta, lean burgers with 2% cheese on wheat buns. Pizza made with a store bought whole wheat crust, organic pizza sauce, 2% mozzarella, and regular pepperoni, usually with a small salad as well. I have a frozen stash of veggie loaded homemade sloppy joes, chicken enchiladas (crockpot salsa chicken, a can of condensed healthy request cheddar soup after shredded chicken, then rolled up in whole wheat tortillas and flash frozen), and chili for those nights where I really just cannot fathom cooking anything.
