Oops! Binged at lunch. How should I recover the day?

It's about 1pm and I've eaten all of calories for the day already. The Thai chicken was delicious! (but way too much protein). I already have an exercise plan for this afternoon (but I use that to drop below my planned calories for the day rather than permission to eat more).
Should I just eat as few complex carbohydrates and vegetables as I can to keep my blood sugar at a minimum?
Thanks!

If you ate a large number of calories (no judgment--I can put away 1500 at pretty much any meal with little effort, hence the extra weight), you will probably not be super hungry for the rest of the day anyway. Sip water, have a nice big salad for dinner, do your exercise, and start again tomorrow.0

take a nice afternoon walk or run if you can, or go out dancing tonight to ear some more cal And/or do a light salad or soup for dinner0

Well the way this site is designed you are supposed to eat back your exercise anyway. You will net your calories goal which has all the deficit you need to lose weight at the pace you originally intended.0

If you *kitten* between now and bedtime, you'll completely reset your caloric allowance.0
