You know in a perfect world everyone would have great confidence and it wouldn't matter what people said or thought. But as we know this isn't a perfect world.

People are so full of s***. They will tell you how the scale don't matter and be happy with who you are and what you look like and blah blah and then those very same people are going out and getting gastric bypass a few months later.

Oh here's another one. "Baby you are not fat. You are crazy to think that" Then a few weeks later the two of you happen to be out at the same girl's night together and she's talking about how fat she use to be and how much happier she is now. Oh and guess what, her size when she was such a fat *kitten*....yep it's the same size you are now. The same size that she wants you to be happy with and that she just said a couple weeks back wasn't fat.

So when your tempted to blow smoke up someone's rear think about how your actions will probably contradict everything you are saying.

I am guilty of doing this.

I really don't see it quite as negatively... I think it's so much easier to see beauty in others than it is to see it in yourself :)

I am not LYING to my friends when I tell them they are beautiful and amazing at any size. I really do see them as as such beautiful people and I hope that they don't see it the way you do... Because I can just as easily turn around and think to myself, Gosh I'm such a lard, even if that person happens to be bigger than me.

It's just so easy to criticize yourself and to see the best in others
