Cycling - How many calories get burned?

Hi fellow dieting and fitness chums
Any one know the stats for cycling? How many calories for an hours cycle at moderate brisk and racing paces? Not that I'm racing at the mo but ..............you never know!!! Thanks awfully chaps

    You can get a good idea by looking it up onder the "Exercise" tab. Search for "bicycling."
