For the longest time I kept seeing this acronym, and had no idea what everyone was talking about. I just googled the best cardio to do to burn fat (because I need a change from my usual long runs), and I came across this article:

Very intersting! HIIT is High Intensity Interval Training (I feel kinda like a dummy for not knowing that).

I am going to try this out and do it first thing in the morning while my body is still in a fasting state to maximize my body's fat-burning capabilities. I of course am going to still do strength training as well, but BEFORE I do the HIIT- I guess that is suppose to better? Anyways, i just wanted to share this article with everyone, as i thought it was pretty informative.

    HIIT training or anaerobic interval training is pretty bad azz stuff if you are already in shape.
