Hi! I'm hoping you can all help me. I'm not sure how to calculate the calories of my dinner tonight.

My sister and I went to Chili's (not very diet friendly). I had a lot of calories left for the day and worked
out to earn more. I ordered the Buffalo Ranch Chicken Sandwich w/ French Fries. On the menu, it showed
that the calories were 1410 for the meal. I made substitutions though... I asked for it on a Whole Wheat bun
instead of the white bun, I asked for no tomatoes, I cut off a piece of the chicken and I didn't eat any of the
french fries.

How many calories would you give to the meal after the changes? I put it in as 1000 calories but am being
told I probably over shot it. What do you think?

Any help is appreciated. :)

Without the fries, I would say it's approximately 850-1000. Was the chicken breaded or was it a grilled breast? How much ranch dressing was on it?

It was breaded and there wasn't much ranch dressing. I found out that the fries are 380 calories themselves. I think I'm safe at 1000 calories. I'd rather over estimate than underestimate.
