30 day shred!

I will be starting 30 day shred tomorrow morning and just wanted to know if anyone has gotten results from this? Any tips on completing it and staying motivated while doing it? Please post results, i feel skeptical, Thanks =]

    people post their results in the success area all the time. you can just do a search. it does work though. good luck.

    Hello there, I am on day 12 of the 30 DS! :]
    I just started level 2 about 2 days ago. The results arent great on the scale but they are wonderful off the scale. I have lost a little over 2 inches from my waist and about 1.2 inches from my hips. I also have better endurance and more energy :]
    Its a fantastic workout and a more than great way to work up a massive amount of sweat. I hope you enjoy, feel free to add me :]

    It works! The 30 Day Shred has done wonders for me so far. Currently, I'm on Day 23, Level 3 and have loss a total of 9.2 pounds since starting (started at 157 pounds and now 147.8). I have also loss inches all around -- 1 inch around my waist, 2 inches around my belly/hip, 1 inch from both my arms and 1.25 inches from both my legs. Also, I am down 1 pant size and 1 shirt size.

    I feel so much more energetic and am so proud of myself for having stuck to it this far. These are real results. Two other people are doing it with me and they have both loss weight and inches as well! 7 more days to go until I finish the Shred then I'll be moving on the 6 Week 6 Pack and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism and will probably circle back to 30DS after that. My ultimate goal is to get down to 115 lbs, but I'm taking it one step at a time. It's only 20 minutes a day, so do it! Commit to it once you begin and I promise you, you will not regret it.

    Hey I was wondering it it would be pointless to do the 30 day shred if I do wall push ups? I really do have a crappy amount of motivation, but it seems like the only thing that stops me on the 30 day shred every time are the push ups, even when I'm doing knee push ups! I don't need extreme results, but do you think it would completely ruin the workout? :frown:
