Not a bad week considering...

So after the 4th of July, terrible eating on Friday, happy hour/Magic Mike night with the girls last night and limited exercise I managed to only put on .2 ounces! I kept under my calorie goal for today. So generally eating right and exercising obviously won't break me. But not keeping this up b/c I REFUSE to give up on my decision to get back in shape.
