Short daily workout

I have based this short workout as a everyday something to keep your muscles in check.

Push ups, 20 reps
Sit ups, 20 reps
Squarts, 20 reps
Double leg lifts, 20 reps

3 sets without rest!

I made this short everyday workout just to keep the muscles in check i know people say we should'nt workout everyday because our muscles need rest, which is true. But our muscles are always working as soon as you lift your arm, so i believe a short daily workout that wont take up too much time is a great way to keep the muscles in check. Also without resting it allows you to build on some extra stamina which creates a challenge and thus helps to give an after burn effect which helps in reducing body fat.
